This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue writ or direction preferably writ of mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.3 and subordinates in trying to demolish the houses of the petitioners i.e. H.Nos.2-5-588/3/E (Plot No.64/3) of petitioner No.1; H.No.2-5-588/6/G/5/A of petitioner No.2; H.No.2-5-588/6/A of petitioner No.3; H.No.2-5-588/6/E of petitioner No.4; H.No.2-5-588/B4 of petitioner No.5; H.No.2-5-588/6/F of petitioner No.6; H.No.2-5-588/6 of petitioner No.7; Plot an extent of 145.87 of petitioner No.8; H.No.2-5-588/3/1 of petitioner No.9; H.No.2-5-588/6/B of petitioner No.10; H.No.2-5-588/3/C/2 of petitioner No.11 and H.No.2-5-588/6/F/1 of petitioner No.

12 respectively situated at Ranganayakulagutta Bye pass road, Motinagar, Khammam, and trying to take possession without issuing any notice and without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from their respective houses..... " Smt.M.Bhagyasree, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 submits that as on date, only survey was conducted and estimation is being done with respect to the costs likely to be incurred for the purpose of road widening, for which, marking has been done. She also submits that no demolition would be done without following due process of law. The above said submission is taken on record.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to neither demolish the houses of the petitioners nor acquire the same, without following due process of law.
