Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in allotting the seats to candidates, who secured lesser marks than the petitioner for admission to MBBS course.

2. Heard Mr. K. Gani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Irrespective of the merits of the case, the petitioner filed the above writ petition on 05-10-2017. The first representation that the petitioner made about the people with lesser rank getting the admission, was only on 11-09-2017. By the said date, the admission for the current academic year was already over. Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this distance of time. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
