THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2014 OF 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 01.04.2016 in I.A.No.464 of 2016 in O.S.No.267 of 2002 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before the trial Court. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
