THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.541 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this petition for quashing the proceedings in crime No.48 of 2012 on the file of Banaganapally Police Station, Kurnool District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that the police after investigation have filed a charge sheet before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Banaganapally.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this petition does not survive. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed preserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue all such remedies which are available under law to him. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
