This appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC, by the plaintiffs, assailing the decree and judgment dated 11.8.2011 in A.S.No.07 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, wherein and whereby the decree and judgment dated 17.8.2005 in O.S.No.166 of 2001 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gurazala, decreeing the suit for permanent injunction, was confirmed.

Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal. I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed to that effect. Permission is granted. 3.
