THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1557 OF 2016 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed for disobedience of the order dated 04.07.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.24530 of 2016 in W.P.No.19980 of 2016.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in the above said order that instead of 3rd respondent, it was typed as 4th respondent and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case giving liberty to the petitioner to move an application under Section 152 of C.P.C before the Court having the provision seeking correction of the order dated 04.07.2016. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to move an application under Section 152 of C.P.C before the Court having the provision seeking corrections of the order dated 04.07.2016. However, it is needless to mention that the petitioner would be entitled to make the above said corrections by filing a fresh application in W.P.M.P.No.24530 of 2016 in Writ Petition No.19980 of 2016.
