Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3. Having regard to the proceedings dated 9.6.2016 of the second respondent addressed to the 4th respondent, the second respondent is directed to take further action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, by registering a FIR in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs.

Government of Uttar Pradesh and others[1] With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
