HCJ & AAR, J A.S. No. 534 of 2018 Dt: 25-09-2019 Judgment: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This appeal is filed against judgment and decree dated 10-08-2017, in O.S. No. 15 of 2011, on the file of the I Additional District Judge at Nizamabad.

Mr. P. Bhanu Prakash, the learned counsel for the appellant, seeks liberty to withdraw this appeal. He has filed memo dated 18-09-2019, in this regard.

Therefore, the appeal is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
