THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37230 of 2015 ORDER:

Smt. P. Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel representing Smt. N. Shoba, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that after the institution of this writ petition, the petitioner filed a revision petition aggrieved by the demand raised for payment of seigniorage fee and that the revision is pending. Learned counsel would therefore state that no orders need to be passed in this writ petition at this stage and that all issues may be left open for adjudication by the revisionary authority.

The writ petition is accordingly closed recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner. All issues are left open. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
