ORDER

This writ petition is filed for quashing FIR No.846 of 2015, dated 25.11.2016 registered by Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad.

This Court by order dated 6.12.2016 directed the Superintendent, Chanchalguda Jail, to release the 4th respondent forthwith and further directed the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent to be present before this Court on 15.12.2016. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the petitioner is present, but the 4th respondent, who was released from the prison, is not present. However, the petitioner filed W.P.M.P.No.56751 of 2016 seeking to withdraw the present writ petition.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. closed.
