This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents in not considering the complaint/objections of the petitioners, dated 25.01.2022, filed against the special notices dated 07.01.2022 for levy of property tax for the period from October, 2020 to March, 2021 issued by respondent-Corporation in respect of the subject property situated at Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, under GHMC circle, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for Respondent No.1 and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5. 3.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioners have already submitted their objections to the notices dated 07.01.2022 issued by the respondentCorporation, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders duly putting notice and giving them the opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a coy of this order. 6) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
