HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.11073 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have submitted a representation, dated 23.02.2017, but no action has been taken by the respondents so far in the direction of consideration of the same. A request is made by learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the said representation of the petitioners by fixing some time frame. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 23.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the stake holders.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
