- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.1615 OF 2007 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed praying to declare the letter dated 07.11.2006 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to appoint the 2nd petitioner in any suitable post in the respondent-company.

This Court by order, dated 17.09.2008, directed the respondents to consider the case of 2nd petitioner, as per the scheme available for providing employment and to pass appropriate orders.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Standing counsel placed before this Court the proceedings dated 18.05.2010, issued by the Singareni Collieries, wherein the second son of 1st petitioner i.e., 2nd petitioner was provided employment as Badli Coal Filler (Under Ground) and learned counsel for the petitioners also inform that the 2nd petitioner is working as on today.

In view thereof, no further orders are required. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
