Ms.T. Dhana Lakshmi, counsel, representing the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Criminal Petition is filed seeking quash of the proceedings at the crime stage. Now, they have instructions from the petitioners that the Criminal Petition be withdrawn seeking liberty to file a fresh petition after the charge sheet is filed.
