This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have not been holding elections for the Managing Committee of respondent No.3. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 submitted that his clients have been holding the elections every year and that the last election was held in this year,

i.e., 2015.

The above submission is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.15517 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
