Sri D.Srinivasa Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission of the court to permit the appellant to withdraw the second appeal with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this second appeal shall stand closed.
