This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.464 of 2016 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 of IPC. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.1 would submit that the petitioner/ A.1 is an innocent person and is no way connected with the alleged forgery and ultimately prayed to allow the petition. 4.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner/ A.1 and ultimately prayed to dismiss the petition. 5.
The material available on record establishes that the de facto complainant is the owner of the plot bearing No.29 admeasuring 270 square yards in Sy.No.503, situated in Bhavani Nagar, Kapra, Keesara Mandal under GHMC limits procured vide registered sale deed, dated 12.12.1988. When she went to her plot to verify the status, to her shock, she found a double storied building built thereon. On enquiry, she came to know that a fabricated bogus agreement of sale-cum-GPA was obtained by the petitioner/ A.1 on 26.03.2012. To obtain that document, an unknown lady had
personated the de facto complainant and thereafter, the said property changed hands. There are specific allegations against the petitioner/ A.1 in fabricating the bogus sale deed in respect of plot belonging to the de facto complainant. The accusation is grave. The gravity of offence is high. There is stringent punishment for the alleged offences. The matter requires custodial investigation. It is not a fit case to allow this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
