THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.11156 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.725 of 2015 of Kusaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad.

On written instructions, dated 17.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, referred the same as "Civil in Nature" on 24.12.2015.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
