In view of the withdrawal letter dated 25.02.2015 submitted by learned counsel for petitioner to the Registrar (Judicial), while permitting the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition, liberty is granted to present complaint before the proper Court within four(4) weeks from the date of this order.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
