HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.6869 of 2019 ORDER:

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed mercy review petition on 30-01-2019 seeking reinstatement into service. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has submitted that the mercy review petition of the petitioner was considered and the petitioner was reinstated into service afresh as contract Conductor vide proceedings, dated 05-03-2019.

This Court, having considered the submissions made by both the parties, is of the considered view that the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved with his reinstatement as a fresh contract Conductor. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed and it is needless to say that the petitioner shall report before the respondents-authorities within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in pursuance of the orders passed by the respondents on 05-03-2019 and upon petitioner reporting to duty, the respondents shall entertain him to duty. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
