B/O tk 16.06.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.P.1571 of dt.04.03.2022 that they should appear before the police once in a week i.e. on Saturday between 3.00 P.M. and 05.00 P.M.

Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have been appearing accordingly which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

In view of the petitioner's appearance in assisting the investigation, the condition is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear on first Saturday of every month till filing of charge sheet.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
