THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.13027 of 2015 O R D E R:

The husband of the 1st petitioner, Sri M. Amirulla Khan, while functioning as a Mechanic with the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (for short 'the Corporation') attached to its Adoni Depot, died in harness on 23-10-2001. The said Sri M. Amirualla Khan left behind his widow and four children. Under the 'Breadwinners Scheme', the case of the second son of the deceased employee, by name Sri A.H. Khan was taken up for consideration. When the petitioners seemed to have filed a representation seeking consideration of the case of the 2nd petitioner herein, that was not accepted. Hence, the present writ petition.

The 1st petitioner appears to have submitted a detailed representation on 01-03-2015 to the Regional Manager of the respondent Corporation at Kurnool.

In the given facts and circumstances, it is only appropriate that the Regional Manager, Kurnool should deal with the representation of the 1st petitioner as expeditiously as is possible, if necessary, by putting the person, whose name is taken up for consideration, also on notice and after hearing him, take an appropriate decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioners within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless for me to observe that all Circular Instructions issued by the Corporation shall be taken into account and consideration while dealing with the representation of the 1st petitioner.

With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage after hearing the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, but however, without costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of.
