THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SURESH KUMAR KAI T & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE ABHI NAND KUMAR SHAVI LI WRI T PETI TI ON No.4795 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the docket order, dated 08.02.2018, passed in O.A.No.201 of 2018, on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short "the Tribunal"). Govt.Pleader for Services-I (AP) has taken notice on behalf of the respondents and with the consent of the parties, we hereby dispose of the present writ petition.

Vide the aforesaid impugned order, the learned Tribunal has admitted the O.A filed by the petitioner and issued notices to the respondents returnable in six weeks.

We find no discrepancy in the said order. However, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby suspend the operation of the Government Memo No.881534/D1/2017-2, dated 30.01.2018, issued by respondent No.1, and consequential proceedings, issued vide Lr.Roc.No.3276/2017-J3, dated 31.01.2018 by respondent No.2, till the final decision is taken by the learned Tribunal in O.A.No.201 of 2018. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
