THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5789 of 2019 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2-Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, Gunadala, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, is not disclosing his attendance percentage to enable him to attend the examinations. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 25.03.2019, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 placed before this Court the attendance sheet for final MBBS Part-II, wherein the petitioner, with Registration No.14052149, has only 69% of attendance in theory and 87% in practical examination. Learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the same by stating that the petitioner had attended many more classes, but, it appears, they have not been taken into consideration.

As the petitioner has not projected his case before the authorities as stated above, this Court is not inclined to go into the arithmetical aspect of the matter as to whether he has satisfied the condition or not. circumstances, he is entitled to the full attendance which would otherwise qualify him.
