THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29661 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in granting excise licence to the unofficial respondents. Learned counsel appearing for the unofficial respondents filed a counter affidavit stating that the lease period itself expired. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
