No representation for the petitioner-de facto complainant. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that the matter was compromised on 12.12.2015 before the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
