THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.7381 of 2012 ORDER:

The petitioner complains inaction in settling the bill submitted by petitioner for payment.

The c ounter affidavit of the 4th respondent is perused. The relevant portion of the counter affidavit reads thus :- " Hence I humbly submit that, the amount of Rs.44,019,62 (Rupees forty four lakhs one thousand and nine hundred and sixty two only) was paid to the petitioner on 07.04.2012 by cheque No.000064 of Andhra Bank Ongole and all necessary actions have been taken to release the said amount to the petitioner as per the Hon'ble High Court Orders passed on 30.03.2012."

The statement of 4th respondent on the payment made to petitioner through a cheque is placed on record. As no further order is necessary, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
