Sri Ravishankar Jandhyala, learned counsel appearing for the appellant filed MACMA MP.No.5310 of 2017, stating that the matter has been settled out of Court and the appellant is not interested to pursue the matter and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.
