This writ petition is filed alleging that inspite of reporting cognizable offence, crime is not registered by the 5th respondent. 2.

Learned Government Pleader informs the Court that Crime No.145 of 2019 is registered on 18.03.2019 in Chanda Nagar Police Station.

On 20.03.2019 there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. To give one opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed on 22.03.2019 under the caption for dismissal. 4.

Today also when the case is called there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
