Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in issuing the mutation proceedings in favour of the petitioner with regard to the land property to an extent of Acs.2.04 guntas in Survey No.16/ 4, situated at Jilleda Village Sivar, Vemanpally Mandal, Adilabad District, presently Mancherial District, inspite of the repeated representations submitted by him, even though the petitioner submitted the registered sale deed and other related documents, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted online application through mee-seva for mutation of the property in question long back, till date, no orders are passed on the said application.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the application made is in accordance with law, the respondentauthorities may be directed to consider the same and pass orders at the earliest.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fifth respondent to consider the online application dated 27.09.2016, made by the petitioner for change of patta name in respect of land in Survey No.16/ 4 admeasuring Acs.2.04 guntas situated at Jilleda Village Sivar, Vempally Mandal, Adilabad District, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
