In all the writ appeals, the appellant - University has challenged similar order which reads thus:

"Notice before admission.

There shall be interim direction as prayed for. Post after Summer Vacation of 2015."

By virtue of this order, learned counsel for the appellant - University fairly states that all the respondents - students have appeared for the examination. In view thereof, he does not press these appeals and seeks liberty to the University to file counter and seek expeditious hearing of the writ petitions and/or file miscellaneous petitions for appropriate relief. Writ appeals are disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. All contentions on merits are kept open.
