HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27089 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare action of second respondent under Memo No.372/2003, dated 24.11.2003 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

Petitioner joined in Government Home for Visually Handicapped Boys in the year 2001, which is under the control of Government of Andhra Pradesh, Disabled Welfare Department, for the purpose of prosecuting his studies. According to petitioner, Assistant Director of Disabled Welfare, Hyderabad District-second respondent issued the impugned memo alleging that petitioner is allowing outsiders and friends into hostel and creating problems for facilitating thefts in the hostel. According to petitioner on that ground, he was removed from the hostel with immediate effect and second respondent directed Warden to submit compliance report immediately. This memo was issued in the year 2003 and even according to petitioner he joined in the hostel only to prosecute his studies. By this time, he must have finished his education and no cause survives now.

For these reasons, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any
