This transfer criminal petition is filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C with a request to withdraw D.V.C.No.5 of 2014 pending on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siddipet, Medak District and transfer the same to any competent Court at Secunderabad or alternatively in Ranga Reddy District. It is brought to the notice of this Court, during hearing, D.V.C was withdrawn from Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siddipet and transferred to Junior Civil Judge at Narsapur, Medak District and it is pending for enquiry.

Since the matter is already transferred on the application by the respondent, no cause survives as on today. But learned counsel for the petitioner sought for direction against the Magistrate to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Junior Civil Judge, Narsapur, Medak District is directed to decide (D.V.C.No.5 of 2014) D.V.C.No.1 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
