THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 9857 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the registration of Crime No.100 of 2017, dated 25.02.2017, by respondent No.2-Station House Officer, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda, Ranga Reddy District.

The crime was registered on a reference made by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the registration of the crime, as the same was registered under a reference made by the learned Magistrate. However, since the petitioner apprehends harassment at the hands of respondent No.2, it is needless to observe that respondent No.2 while investigating the crime shall follow due process of law including compliance of Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J Dt:21.03.2017 kdl
