This appeal is filed by the insurance company against the award dated 27.07.2006 passed in O.P.No.2729 of 2002 by the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-XVIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad.

Learned standing counsel for the insurance company submitted that in view of MACMA No.1016 of 2007 filed by the claimants against the same O.P.No.2729 of 2002 was partly allowed by the Division Bench of this Court on 27.12.2010, no further orders are necessary in this appeal. Recording the above submission, MACMA is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
