THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO. 10117 OF 2008 ORDER:

Sri J. Kumaresan, learned counsel appearing for the learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Acceding to the request, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court that the withdrawal of the present Writ Petition should not come in the way of filing a Civil Suit by him. It is needless to observe that liberty is given to the petitioner to file a civil suit seeking appropriate remedy as per law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
