This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.90 of 2019 of Nacharam Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences alleged under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

Having argued the matter elaborately, learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.1 seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
