Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.1245 of 2016 on the file of the learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
