THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28539 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in identical set of circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.23116 of 2017, dated 13.07.2017, and a copy of the said order is also filed along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said order, this writ petition is also disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to release the seized stock of white jaggery on condition of the petitioner executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate. However, this order does not preclude the authorities from proceeding with the confiscation proceedings, if any.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
