HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO: 15029 OF 2013 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to declare the action of the fifth respondent in sending selection trials without verifying the date of birth of the sixth respondent as illegal. arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently to direct the fifth respondent to verify the date of birth of the sixth respondent before sending selection trials for participating in competitions at various levels and to pass such other or further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. This Court on 22-5-2013 while ordering notice before admission, granted interim direction in favour of the petitioner. In pursuance thereof, the case of the petitioner was considered and appropriate orders were passed.

3. It is represented by Sri V. Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 22-5-2013, no further orders are necessary.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
