This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction not to shift Sri Saalipeta Vinayakudi Gudi, Saalipeta, Main Road, Kakinada, East Godavari District, along with deity of Lord Sri Ganesh. 2.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned standing counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that there is no proposal as such to shift the temple along with the deity. 3.

In view of the submission made by learned standing counsel for respondent No. 3, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
