HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1371 of 2017 ORDER:
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already filed before the I Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, on 15.10.2019 (SR.No.1023 of 2019), the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
