Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, reiterating the written instructions, dated 16.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mandapeta Town Police Station, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that after completion of investigation, police filed charge sheet in Crime No.151 of 2017 before the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Alumuru and the same was taken on file by the said Court vide C.C.No.13 of 2018 against respondent No.5 herein.

In view of the above developments, no other relief can be granted to the petitioner in the present writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
