In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the action of respondent No.2-District Collector-cum-Tribunal, Siddipet (P&E) in not disposing of the appeal filed by him against the order, dated 05.09.2018, passed by respondent No.3-District Prohibition & Excise Officer, Siddipet.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner by following due process of law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
