This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 28.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.195 of 2017 in O.S.No.204 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner filed I.A.No.195 of 2017 in O.S.No.204 of 2008, under Section 151 of C.P.C., to reopen the matter and the same was dismissed. 4.

Today, this Court allowed C.R.P.No.4193 of 2017 recalling PW.1. Therefore, there is no need to pass elaborate order in this revision petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is a fit case to allow the revision petition. 6.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed setting aside the order dated 28.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.195 of 2017 in O.S.No.204 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam. Consequently, I.A.No.195 of 2017 is allowed reopening the matter. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
