This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order, dated 27.01.2009, in Crl.M.P.No.3661 of 2007 in C.C.No.1071 of 2007 on the file of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after fullfledged trial, the petitioner was acquitted by the Court below. 3.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision case shall stand closed.
