Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.Nos.31937 and 31967 of by order dated 22-09-2016. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Now in this case, it is stated that the petitioner has already filed objections. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent and after considering the objections, pass orders in accordance with law. Following the same, the writ petition is disposed of.
