THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.18364 of 2012 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in keeping

the petitioner under suspension vide proceedings Rc.No.A/259/2012, Dated 08.06.2012 of the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to set aside the said proceedings and consequently to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of suspension which was assailed in this writ petition, is revoked and the petitioner was reinstated into service and that no further orders are required in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
