Sri M.V. Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the defendantsrespondents, filed memo dated 15.03.2015 reporting that the sole plaintiff-appellant died on 24.11.2014 but the learned counsel for the appellant, having received notice on 16.03.2015, made an endorsement acknowledging receipt of the same, did not take steps to implead the legal heirs of the plaintiff-appellant till today. Therefore, the Appeal Suit is deemed to have been abated by operation of law. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated.
