Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not deleting the wrong entry as "Chakali Inam" in Survey No.327/3, admeasuring Ac.1.87 cents of land, situated in Thumbakuppam Village and Post, Bangarupalem Mandal, Chittoor District, and also in not issuing pattadar passbook and title deeds to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made application before the 4th respondent for grant of Rythuwari Patta in respect of the subject lands, he has not taken any action so far. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
